Check in is virtual…you need a code to enter building then need a hotel reservation code…the other websites said we would get an email which I didn’t so I reached out to the hotel and that’s when I got my information written in Japanese (which I am unable to read). The hotel room was extremely cold on the first night even with the heater on. It was nice having a washer dryer. We used the dryer to dry our bath towels as the room was too cold for them to dry on their own. Big refrigerator with a freezer was nice. Room size was decent and fairly clean. Easy walk to the train station…about 7 minutes. No matter how long you stay, there is no new towels, toilet paper, rubbish bags, etc. You need to purchase yourself. The check in time is 3pm and the system wont open till 3pm but better come earlier to line up because there is only one ipad for check in. The visitor in front of me take more than 10 minutes to process. There is only one lift in the hotel.If you go back to the hotel at 12noon-3pm, you have to wait for long time for the lift because the housekeeping person are fighting to clean up the room after vistors checked out.
