From the airport you can catch the train to Hakata station which is faster and less than a taxi. Rooms were clean and a good size. Walking distance to canal city shopping and restaurants. Room is spacious and clean, just as the pictures on the website. Communication is done via a 'talking translator' - inspite of this challenge - the Front desk staff are helpful and pleasant. We had an enjoyable 2-week stay. If there is room for improvement, may we suggest 2 items. One, that the hotel provides a luggage rack in the room.
