"The breakfast was tasteless and menu was limited. They had the same 5 options every day. The room did not have a blow dryer or iron. My friend requested an iron for 3 days and never received it. After receiving a blow dryer they accused us of stealing their blow dryer and even checked our suitcases! ..."
