Went around the end of March with 9 people (all adults). Overall satisfied with the location, amenities, and comfort. Two things that could have made the stay much better: - the check-in system takes a lot of time if you are travelling in a big group. They require you to add the names AND addresses for each guest, which has to be typed out on an Ipad - The beds are too small for two adults - They should allow guests who arrive before check-out time to use the common area while waiting

初めて宿泊しました。 2家族９人で宿泊しましたか、広さは十分でした。2階にお風呂、1階にサウナとシャワーがあり、トイレの二箇所あったので混雑することなく快適でした。 機会があれば是非また利用したいです。

サウナ、露天風呂、開放的なLDKのある一棟を利用できたことは満足しましたが、呼び鈴を数度鳴らされたり、深夜に火災報知器が鳴動したりと休むことはできませんでした

サウナ、露天風呂、開放的なLDKのある一棟を利用できたことは満足しましたが、呼び鈴を数度鳴らされたり、深夜に火災報知器が鳴動したりと休むことはできませんでした。 前者は、ドアを開けても姿はありませんでしたが、子どものはしゃぐ声が聞こえ、遠くにいた大人から「Sorry」と言われました。 後者は、数時間後（やはり深夜）に「誤報」とのメールを受けました。火災が生じなかったことは幸いですが、「誤作動」ではなかったことから誰かが通報ボタンを押したのでしょう。警備会社と思しきスタッフが到着して鳴動が停止するまで数十分かかり、その後にその方が各戸を回っていましたが、火災に関する説明はなく、鳴動を止めようと報知機のボタンを押下したかどうかだけを尋ねられました。呼び鈴の件で詫びられた方も同行して、外国人宿泊客には英語等で対応していたことは、あとから不思議に思いました。施設スタッフであれば呼び鈴の件で詫びることはないような気がしますから、その方（またはその子）が誤報したのでしょうか。 如何あれ、私の滞在は最悪でした。両事件が宿泊客によるものとしても、このような事態に施設側は備える必要はあるように思います。

1. The terrace/garden table was stained with oil, possibly cooking oil from previous residents. Therefore, it was not pleasant to use. 2. The grass in the garden was too long and not properly trimmed. 3. We expected there is basic cooking supplies, for example, salt, sugar, pepper, and cooking oil, but there was none.

チェックインは登録した電話番号でした。これは私も口コミを見ていなければ迷っていたと思います。またBBQができると書いてありましたが、ホットプレートでのもので、12月に外でやるには寒すぎました。サウナはとてもよかったと思います。アメニティが豊富ではないので持ち物がたくさんあったイメージです。部屋自体はとてもキレイで過ごしやすかったので満足です。

一言で言って、最高でした！！！ 当日昼間は富士急ハイランドで遊び、疲れ果てて宿に到着しましたが、入った瞬間に疲れが吹っ飛ぶくらい、清潔で癒される空間でした。 お風呂も半露天風呂になっていて、人工温泉でしたが、とても気持ちよかったです。 調味料がないので、自炊される方は持って行ったほうがいいです。 食洗機がないので、手荒れが気になる方はビニール手袋を持っていた方がいいです。 自宅では食洗機で洗っているので、小さくてもいいので食洗機を設置してもらえると嬉しいです。 1泊の利用でしたが、こちらに泊まったおかげで日頃の疲労も回復しました。 また利用させていただきます！
