The staff was outstandingly friendly and welcoming, the rooms were very clean, spacious, and full of great amenities. The highlight was definitely the incredible Mount Fuji view, which made the experience truly special."

"I rate this hotel pretty high but the only thing I didn’t like was the bed. The bed was pretty hard for my body and only one pillow. Everything else was good. It’s close to the lake, restaurants and bus stops. There were great many amenities available. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The staff were very helpful."

"Had a pleasant stay at this great art deco renovated house. Each room was a delight for us, and we definitely had a great time playing the old Nintendo and the Arcade room. Quite house, bed and pillow was comfy, car park is nearby which is convenient!"
