    The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine and opens into an inviting open-plan living area. The cozy living room is furnished with two sofa beds, comfortably accommodating up to two additional guests.



    The apartment also offers a bathroom with a bathtub, while the bedroom features built-in wardrobes and a comfortable double bed for a restful night’s sleep. Located on the top (third) floor with elevator access, the apartment is equipped with central air conditioning, allowing easy temperature control throughout the year.



    One of the highlights of this penthouse is its two wonderful outdoor spaces.
