### The View 49, golf and sea

Modern and tastefully furnished 80 m² flat of recent construction with amazing communal areas.  
It is within walking distance of the beach and is located in an ideal area for children and adults.  
The accommodation is equipped with the following things: garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, dryer, internet (wifi), gym, jacuzzi, air conditioning, communal swimming pool, communal heated swimming pool, open-air car parking in the same building, tv.  
The open plan induction kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils/cooking utensils and coffee machine.  
There is a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with access to the terrace, the other bedroom with two single beds and bathroom in the hallway.  
The property is on the ground floor.
