"Water pressure in the shower was terrible. The blackout curtains were not put in properly cause alot of light to come in the room. Breakfast is not included. I did request a cot by calling the front desk and I did receive it within 10mins. I knew the hotel was sold out because of hockey tournaments so I was very grateful to have received one."
"The room was a decent size, the washroom is small, functionally for one person at a time. The two hot items of the breakfast wasn't great; esp the sunny side up eggs had a rubbery taste, the cold breakfast had good selection. Overall mid grade hotel. "
"There were several hockey players in our hotel, who kept us up until midnight running up and down the hallway and staircase. We reported it to the front desk manager. "
"The rooms and bathroom are a little small by today’s standards but are very clean and have a beautiful view. The complementary water in the rooms and free extra bottles at the front desk are a very nice touch. Will at the lobby bar is great and attentive. We also had an amazing dinner at Aqua Terra served by a very good waitress named Sue. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay. "
