About this property

Apartment Rose

  • The apartment is located in a two family house, a beautiful conservatory that extends over the kitchen and the living room. The view from the conservatory opens a beautiful courtyard, in the middle of a young amber maple in autumn, a dreamlike red-yellow-purple coloration. Formerly this was a small farm with a roofing company, which was extensively renovated by us for years and partially rebuilt.

    In the courtyard is a thoughtful patio for 6 people, which can be used at any time in bad weather, a barbecue is also available.

    The apartment is located on the ground floor and is only accessible via a staircase.

    The property has eight car parking spaces and numerous bike storage facilities.
