  • Summary:

    The Mountainside condo complex is located in the town of Frisco, Colorado. The complex borders the National Forest and offers great views of the Ten Mile Range and Peak one. It is located in the quiet neighborhood of Bills Ranch and is within walking distance (5-6 blocks) to Main Street. The complex features a very popular recently remodeled clubhouse with indoor/outdoor hot tubs, indoor warm swimming pool, racquetball court, sauna, steam shower, tennis (Summer only). It’s surrounded by an abundance of hiking and biking trails. Underground parking for 1 vehicle, guest parking is first come.

The location was perfect for our needs, and the complex offered excellent amenities. The unit itself showed a bit of wear, but it was comfortable and worked well for our stay. A few small additions—such as access to a garden hose for rinsing off a bike, extra hooks for drying towels and clothes, and a bit more dedicated dining space—would make the experience even better.The PMI management team was outstanding—very responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. We would definitely consider booking with them again on a future visit.
