This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo is an ideal retreat for families and groups of up to six people — and with two bedroom-suites with private bathrooms, it’s great for two couples to share. The living area features inviting leather seating, a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. It’s perfect for taking in the views while relaxing after a fun day in the mountains!

The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful marble counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the cooking gear you’ll need when you’re not exploring Frisco’s exciting dining scene. There’s room for six at the dining table and two at the breakfast counter. Just outside, the rooftop deck features an outdoor dining table, a gas fireplace, a gas grill, and fantastic views of Frisco’s iconic Buffalo Mountain!

Other amenities include a desk/work area, an in-unit washer/dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Everything was great. The hot tub was great and we really enjoyed it for three nights and then suddenly it was no longer hot. Bummer. Otherwise the place is great. We walked to dinner every night. Easy access to Keystone, Breckenridge and A Basin.

Nice place in a great spot

This is a really nice place and you can't beat the location. I stayed for 4 days with my brother and nephew while we were in the area to ski. It's a great location between all the resorts (10 min to Copper, 30 min to Vail, 15 min to Breck). Frisco is a bit quieter than Breckenridge and less busy, but still has great options for food and fun. There are a lot of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. within easy walking distance. I'd definitely say here again when I'm back in the area.

Great Frisco Property

This is a beautiful property with a great location! The back deck was wonderful as was the weather. Issues: The property should have been cleaner. The dishes were spotted and the sinks, tub and stovetop needed more attention than they were given. The master bedding was spotted and should really be replaced. That said, I contacted the management company which offered to come out, but I declined the offer and just made adjustments on my own. The management co. was very responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

Annual Ski trip

We wanted to stay away from the busy popular ski town and be close enough to drive to ski resorts for day trips. We chose Frisco and were very happy. This condo is loacated in downtown on the corner of 4th and main. There are inside stairs to walk up to it so there is no one above or below you and there is a business next door so it was quiet as far as neighbors go. We walked to restaurants and shopping. Grecco's italian was our favorite. The only downfall of staying in town is the noise. There are plows and delivery trucks that come in the early morning around 6:30. Not bad unless you are a really light sleeper. As far as the condo goes it was very clean and well stocked. We liked how each bedroom has a bathroom and they are at opposite ends of the condo for privacy. Kitchen and living room are open concept. There is great seating in the living room. We were pleasantly surprised at how it was stocked with soaps, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner and the kitchen did have some staples such as spices and coffee filters. We were not expecting these kitchen items as the listing says it does not supply these. I would recommend stopping at the condo to see what is there before you hit the grocery store. The only concern we had is parking. There is only 1 designated parking spot. We met our other couple from out of state so we had 2 vehicles. The listing states 1 parking spot but I guess I missed it. This was especially challenging being in town. The hot tub is downstairs from the master bedroom and was basically ours because no one else used it while we were there. There is a deck off of the other bedroom with a nice outdoor seating area and gas grill. We did not use this but it would be really nice in the summer. The property management company was amazing. They answered questions almost immediately. We will definitely stay in one of their properties again.

It is a large open floor plan, kitchen is small but well stocked and perfect for the size of the rental. The location is great right on Main Street and private entrance is easy. My only suggestion to owner is a newer larger tv in main living area. During the winter we wanted to watch some sports and tv is on the smaller side for the space. We LOVED the fireplace and hot tub ! Overall this is a great location and great space ! Would definitely stay there again in Frisco !
