Amazing Mountain and Lake Views from this Unique Penthouse Condo
- This spacious and professionally decorated penthouse condo has the best views in the county. You will stay in the top 2 floors of the tallest building in Frisco. Wake up to amazing sunrise views over the Continental Divide and Lake Dillon.
Perfect for families, this spacious and professionally decorated 1600 sq ft condo has plenty of room to spread out. Lots of windows let in an abundance of natural light.
After a day of activities in Summit County, sit by the gas fireplace while watching a movie on the 75" smart TV, or soak in the outdoor hot tub. Each of the master bedrooms has new 55" smart TVs.
Two master suites with ensuite bathrooms. A bunk room with 4 twin beds. And a non-conforming sunroom/bonus room with a twin-sized day bed in it for naps.
All new stainless steel kitchen appliances installed in 2023.
