"My son and I visited with some friends and their kids for 1 night over the may bank holiday. The house has plenty of space and the kids enjoyed exploring and picking their rooms. It's close to a Budgins and fish and chip shop so food was easily available. We went to Stanwick Lakes which is only 20mins drive away and a giant free adventure play area."

When I arrived I couldn't get hold of the owner as he wasn't answering his phone and didn't have the curtesy to reply to the several messages I left, both in the form of answer phone and text. I had to contact Hotels.com via the online chat. Eventually one of the owners employees phoned me and said he would come and let me in. Once in the property, things didn't really improve. "Exceptionally clean. I would describe it as a patio rather than a balcony. Lovely and quiet . Cooking facilities are good Extremely comfortable bed . It really is a place where one can completely relax. It could have benefitted from a clothes rail and a set of drawers but would definitely recommend and would happily stay there again"
