"Beautiful house, all was awesome! the only comment is there should be bigger warning signs on the roads regarding the ban to access the sea walls and maybe in the house instructions. our son went on the rocks and received a 100 citation from Fripp Island security. It is very dangerous and we told them there should be bigger signs."

"Very nice two-bedroom house (one floor) in a quiet area that is only a five-minute golf cart trip from the beach or a 10-minute walk. Clean, comfortable with a small shaded back yard near the golf course. It's perfect for two couples or momdad plus kids. "

"This house is beachfront and that kind of view can't be beat. Responsive property manager. There is normal beach rental wear and tear on the home but we weren't without anything we needed and settled in very well. Bring extra trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent and dryer sheets as only the initial supplies are provided. "

"This villa was the perfect place for us! We’re all young adults branching off from our family’s typical vacation house during beach week, & it was perfect! The space had everything we needed & more, it was so clean & so well kept. The owners were great communicators & very helpful in anything we needed or any questions we had! The location is great for parking, golf cart parking, very quiet area, wonderful marsh views, and fabulous beds & rooms!! Such a great place to rent and great people to rent from. "

"It was our first time on Fripp Island. Salt & Light was exactly as pictured and listed. I even saved some pictures of the furniture and decor on a Pinterest board. The view over the marsh was a stunning sunset every night. Definitely want to rent a golf cart and the trip to the beach was a snap. Comfortable house for our family of 5. We had a wonderful stay!"
