"The room was clean, we were passing through so we only stood one night. It was quiet, loved the hot tub. You can park directly in front of your room. It was surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place"

"The condo was clean and in close proximity to the beach and eateries. The condo was quite and felt very safe. It was nice to have a designated parking space, which made it so easy. The host was quick to answer questions. The only issue, it was very hot in the condo due to the weather. Unfortunately, because it is coastal, the condo does not have a/c, only fans. During the time we stayed it was particular hotter than normal, the fans did not seem to help with cooling the place down. However, I imagine that is not the norm. Usually, the coastal areas cool down during the evenings. I do encourage others to stay and enjoy their time at this condo."

"This listing was as advertised and more. My Wife and I found the Condo cute, quiet and very quaint . It's well stocked with supplies for the beach as well as the kitchen needs. There is a short walk to the beach ( one block ) easy access to stores and restaurants. The neighbors are friendly and pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet once the Sun goes down."

"We enjoyed ourselves very much at this property. We loved the proximity to the beach and all of the amenities such as beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, boogie boards, board games and a wagon to haul our beach items. The property manager Ruta also gave us solid tips on where to eat & what locations to visit. It was an all around enjoyable stay."
Carpinteria Apt w/ Hot Tub - 10 Min Walk to Beach!

"Keep in mind that this is a historical home that has been converted into 5 units so it’s a little bit quirky. In this unit you walk through one bedroom to get to the restroom and also the other bedroom. We stayed with our 2 sons so this was not an issue for us. Also, the bathroom is tiny. You cannot wash your face in this sink. The back bedroom does get kind of hot but if you open the door that leads to the patio it cools down quick. The patio with the hot tub, and the location are amazing. You can walk to the grocery store, shops, restaurants and coffee shops. The beach is a 10 minute walk down Linden Ave. even quicker with a bike. The house was clean, the beds were so comfy, the host was responsive with the questions I had. There’s beach towels, extra bath towels, blankets, and pillows as well as a fully stocked kitchen. I didn’t cook anything this trip considering all the yummy restaurants we wanted to go to but I saw there was even a blender and an air fryer. When we were at the house, we were on the back patio enjoying the weather and the hot tub. It was a lovely extended weekend stay and we will absolutely be back to this property."
