Surrounded by meadows and fields, the holiday home village is located in the middle of nature and just a few steps away from the Wadden Sea National Park. Thanks to the flexible daily price system, there are offers for all budgets and holiday types, from a spontaneous short trip, a long, relaxing summer holiday or a break in the low season, when you can let the wind blow around your ears on the dyke and the North Sea can be particularly exciting. The house is ideal for the colder months of the year, as your own private sauna awaits you in the bathroom to warm you up after a day in the fresh air. Afterwards, you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa and enjoy the firelight of the fireplace (bioethanol) in the living room. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen is ideal for cosy cooking sessions with your loved ones. Your own terrace invites you to enjoy long sunbaths, barbecues or an extended breakfast with fragrant bread rolls. Thanks to a sofa bed in the living room, the house can accommodate up to six people. The holiday homes are located next to the small centre of Friedrichskoog-Spitze directly behind the dyke, just a few metres from the Wadden Sea National Park. From the holiday home village, you can quickly reach Friedrichskoog with its famous seal station, the large pirate playground and the indoor play park in the whale building. There is a charging station for 2 electric cars on site in the large car park (for a fee). These cannot be charged directly at the houses. \- Other houses with daily rates in this holiday home village: DSH625 - DSH641 \- Some of the photos may be examples of identical houses. The colour of the furnishings and the house may vary. \*\*\*In the course of the dyke reinforcement, the dyke in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will be equipped with a new profile from mid-April 2024 until probably the end of 2025 in order to meet the challenges of climate change. During this construction period, the bathing beach in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will unfortunately not be available. Alternatively, the bathing beaches in Elpersbüttel, Nordermeldorf and Büsum will be available free of charge. However, the popular mudflat walks in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will not be possible again until April 2025. The spa gardens will also be remodelled and expanded to include additional attractions. These include an extended dyke crown path, spacious terraces with panoramic views and a dyke and park grandstand with seating steps to linger on. From mid-2024, the completed event and play area in the spa park will offer a varied alternative to the beach. Bei der Anreise wurden wir am InfoPoint sehr herzlich und freundlich begrüßt. Alles bezüglich der Buchung An und Abreise der Abrechnung für die Nebenkosten usw. wurde uns ausführlich erklärt und weicht von der Beschreibung in der Buchung nicht ab. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Objekt entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung. Wir haben in unserem Ferienhaus in Sachen Ausstattung nichts vermisst im Gegenteil es war von allem (Besteck/Geschirr) mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Allgemein ist die Ausstattung (für ein so kleines Häuschen) sehr gehoben wie ich finde. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine Sauna.... Das Objekt war sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Ich habe zum Punkt Sauberkeit einen Stern abgezogen da in den Ecken der Dusche noch Reste von Sand zu sehen waren. Da sollte eventuell mal nachgebessert werden. Ich versteh das Gäste vom Strand kommen und ihren Sand da abladen aber trotzdem... Das war allerdings auch das einzige ansonsten war wirklich alles tip top. Das Objekt sowie den Anbieter Novasol für die Region Friedrichskoog-Spitze kann ich absolut weiterempfehlen. ##### Daniel S.
