In front of the house free parking is possible. To the town center and the hospital it is 700m each. Nearby you find a bakery, bank, shopping center and many leisure activities. The train and bus station is 400m away, many destinations can be reached without a car. The Gartenblick apartment was newly expanded at the end of 2023 and is located on the mezzanine floor has a terrace and garden view. In the fully equipped non-resident apartment is sufficient Space for 2 people. An anteroom (cloakroom) leads to the spacious living room.
