Gross rooms

Posted 10-Dec-2017
You can roll the beds around the room, the sheets were dirty and disgusting, and the front desk lady was rude.

Horrible stay. Seems like a homeless shelter

Posted 06-Dec-2017
I stayed here to be closer to the airport so I would not have to get up as early as usual to drive. What a mistake. Do NOT stay here if you value sleep. The hotel is full of homeless folks who walk the floors at night. As I write this they are literally talking and walking around at 2 am above me. Calls to the front desk are without help. Don’t stay here!

Reviews say good but it's not..

Posted 04-Dec-2017
Upon getting there the guy was nice at the front desk. I got a room and it was a non smoking king bed.. I opened the drawer where the bible is and there's cigarettes in there.. now I smoke so to not get charged I told them immediately about it.. they sent someone to clean it up.. then there was no phone at all.. and I had to have them come switch me remotes.. it almost seems like they didn't even check or clean propperly.. hotel looked clean but these little things make me feel like looks are deceiving.. then they charge an 100 deposit which I was unaware of.. also no cable.. it's got basic tv with HBO I think and that's it.. I was expecting more than 20 channels for 85 bucks.. the breakfast was ok.. food was not very hot was more like a cool warm.. and they didn't have a cover over the bread allowing flies to visit when they would like.. and yes we saw 2 flies flying over the bread and landing on them.. so no.. I will not be staying here anymore.. also there was another family that said the same thing.. "reviews said it was good, but it's not as good as the review or the price"

Convenient But won't use again

Posted 03-Dec-2017
So we went to see a.concert at Save Mart center which was super close to.this hotel. I love the fact that in walking distance you have places to eat. But... It's not exactly an updated hotel, nor clean. The breakfast is the cheapest breakfast ever. Not only in quality but in presentation. There were flies all over and the tables were you sat didn't seem to be cleaned for months. The room itself was cozy, but with random broken furniture, and paper thin walls. The guests next to us were obnoxious and kept screaming. It sounded like a frat party of dudes. I called the front desk to report it but not much was done. Overall, will not be staying again. Though the staff was friendly, and its an a great location.

Adequate but needs improvement

Posted 02-Dec-2017
Hotel is older and could use an update. Motion timed lights in room were off putting, especially in the bathroom where they turned off during my shower. TV didn’t work, and it was too late in the evening to contact the desk. On the plus side, it was a great location for the venue (Save Mart Center/ CSU, Fresno) I needed to visit.

Don’t do it

Posted 02-Dec-2017
I checked in. The front desk girl was very nice. I noticed the hotel shuttle had a flat tire. It’s an older hotel so I didn’t expect it to be perfect. When I got to the room the sheets looked stained, the floors looked like they hadn’t been swept, the fridge was white with black smudge marks all over. I didn’t stay. I paid an extra hundred dollars for a nicer place down the street.

Classic cabin style hotel. Looks great though

Everything was easy in & out. No hassle and clean. Very nice clerk, and complementary breakfast
