Posted 17-May-2017
I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The facilities are OK, clean bed sheets, Ok breakfast but a little understaffed.

Great Value. Breakfast buffet to be avoided.

Posted 15-May-2017
Pros: Affordability and quality of the room.
Cons: Breadkast Buffet!
Room was very spacious, comfortable, quiet, and well-maintained. Breakfast buffet needs improvement. Scrambled eggs were cold, tough, and mealy. Sausage was cold and tasteless. Fruit choice was confined to mushy bananas, and English muffins doubled as hockey pucks.

When u say I wld not recommend this to a friend...

Posted 04-May-2017
When u say I wld not recommend this to a friend, it has everything to do with 'whom' th friend is. If it is a single college age male, absolutely send him there. Good price, clean, but old..... If it were a female of any age, or a family sorry but no. Better to spend a lil' more and go a couple miles further away from the university to get much higher quality.

Dirty

The hotel smells musty, there is toilet paper shoved in the peek holes of the doors. Shower has black mold and we slept with the lights on trying to avoid the cockroaches. i don't recommend this hotel which used to be a nice place.

close to Fresno State

Posted 22-Apr-2017
Pros: location
Cons: maintenance
Location: close to Fresno State, walkable restaurants and shopping
As I was in Fresno on business with Fresno State, the location could not be better. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times - it has frankly aged a bit over the years and maintenance has not been kept up as well as formerly, but the hotel remains very good value for the price.

Absolutely disgusting.

Posted 18-Apr-2017
So gross. This hotel gives meaning to the phrase. You get what you paid for. The room was dirty and old. Mildew on bath mat. The security lock was broken the fire alarm drooping from the ceiling, toilet paper stuffed into the security peep hole on the door. The bed looked as if it was slept in. Clothes under the bed from previous patrons. Air heater doesnt work so no way to control the temperature in the room. It was awful. We slept in our clothes on top of the bed sheets. We didn't feel safe. It was just awful.

The person right next door was smoking pot. I complained to the front desk and the lady started hurting at me. She asked to move me instead of moving them and said, "Well, he's been they're awhile." Yet this is supposed to be a non - smoking facility.
