Upon entering the house you will notice the Breathtaking Views of the mountain and the Kaweah River. The home was designed to capture all of the outside natural beauty and bring it into the house while relaxing in the comfort of a remodeled home on the river. This a one-of-a-kind vacation home that will serve as the perfect place to relax after a long day at the Sequoia Park. The space :: 3 Bedrooms /2 Bathrooms :: Garage turned Gameroom with Ping Pong table and foosball table, and 2 arcade games. :: Deck over looking river with ๐Ÿ˜ Beautiful Views. :: Outside sitting area on the side of home and down the river. :: Propane BBQ THE VIBE:: Provide the perfect space to relax, reconnect, and recharge. Quite an amazing property overlooking the main fork of the Kaweah River that sits only 1/2 mile from the entrance to the Sequoia National Park. Only 2 minutes from the entrance gate of the gate SNP. The home is completely remodeled with all modern furnishings. The unique cross beam in the center really opens up the house so that it feels so open and airy. The views are amazing while sitting on the private deck overlooking the Kaweah River. At this house you will wake up to amazing views of the Kaweah River right out the bedroom windows. There are no homes on the other side of the river so it feels very private and secluded. THE HOME:: The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large master bedroom has 2 queen beds. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a custom built twin XL size bunk bed ( the twin beds are XL size at 80 inches long). There is also an extra futon couch. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances. The dining table offers six chairs, but in case that's not enough there are four bar stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook a gourmet meal. The living room is very large with beautiful contemporary couches and accent chairs. While sitting in the living room looking out at the Kaweah River, you can enjoy a 60" 4K LED TV. The home has WIFI, DVD player and Satelite Spectrum cable. The master bedroom also has it's own TV, but better than the anything on TV is to gaze out at the stunning River views from the large master bedroom window. Oh, did I mention the deck overlooking the river has a stainless steel BBQ. The property has amazing custom rock work and trails leading to the river, offering areas for fishing or picnicking. The home has central AC/ Heat. Leave the house and go into the garage to find your game room. We have a foosball table and ping pong table. This house is absolutely amazing and will offer your family and friends unforgettable memories. Please also note that we do have exterior cameras to protect our property as no one lives on site. THE RIVER:: The Kaweah River is beautiful all year round. Like all natural rivers the Kaweah Rivers has high seasons and low. In the spring and early summer it is high enough for white water rafting. As summer wanes the river slows and lower but never dries up. We are fortunate to have a river that is year round so you will always enjoy the soothing sounds of the river. \*\*Children must be chaperone at all time especially near the river. Please be cautious of current, especially during winter and early spring. THE OUTSIDE:: The house sits about 1/2 miles from the entrance of the Sequoia National Park, and just a couple minutes to the downtown area of Three Rivers. The home sits on one acres of beauty and tranquility. Stargazing is a must during late evening and nighttime. This is truly a nature lovers paradise. Three Rivers town has it all. There are plenty of areas to hike, bike, fish, and swim; and during the summer months, world-class white-water rafting and kayaking. Lake Kaweah, surrounded by the golden hills of Californiaโ€™s lower Sierra Nevada mountains, is just a few miles downstream and a hot spot for boating and fishing. LOCATION Three Rivers, California. Good WiFi, during our stay the weather was very hot, the sun hits the balcony at about 11:00am. Well stocked but buy your groceries at Visalia, definitely try the frozen yogurt in the town and Keweah coffee roasters and the town museum. It is right on the river and has beautiful views and lovely outdoor areas to enjoy. Right outside the Sequoia entrance, and an easy drive to Kings Canyon as well. We actually took a day off from exploring the parks just to enjoy the rental. We would definitely stay here again. Me and four of my girl friends booked this place for a long weekend to explore Sequoia NP. We ended up spending most of the time in the house because the location was just so lovely!! The host was extremely communicative, texting me up to a month prior to send over restaurant suggestions, activities, etc. during the weekend itself, the host texted me about local events that were happening during our stay, which was above and beyond! The kitchen was fully stocked with any of the pots and pans we needed. I will say that the dishwasher is a little on the older end! We all loved our stay here and would absolutely be back again!! The home is located 5 minutes from the entrance to Sequoia National Park and 10 minutes from town where there is a market as well as a pizza and great Mexican food restaurant. We enjoyed staying here, beautiful views! Our teenagers enjoyed going into the river, the ping-pong table and arcade games. It was a great base for treks into Sequoia national Park. Quick car ride to restaurants. Owner was very responsive, provided helpful tips and wanted to make sure that everything was perfect. Stay here or at any of Sreyโ€™s other properties. Only 2 miles to the park entrance - get your hike done in the morning and chill out in your backyard river. This home is in a wonderful location just minutes from the entrance of Sequoia National Park and it was a bonus to be situated right on the river. My 11-year-old son loved the ping-pong table and the bunk beds. My 16-year-old daughter loved that the place had Wi-Fi and a big screen TV. It was nice having a full-kitchen to prepare meals. The host communicated with me several times before and during our stay and provided a plethora of recommendations and links to make our stay enjoyable. Outside furniture and back patio need some updating as well. We chose this property based on it's proximity to Sequoia National Park, and we were not disappointed. Although most of our time was spent hiking, it was great to have this property to come back to as our "home base". The pictures really do not do it justice. Excellent communication from the property owner whenever we reached out. There was an issue with the water pump, and not only did Srey answer my text in less than 5 minutes, someone was at the house 15 minutes later to work on it. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware/utensils, beds we comfortable, and there were plenty of fluffy towels to use. Definitely start your morning off with coffee on the back deck, and enjoy the absolutely adorable family of quails that live in the rosemary bush and run around in the backyard at dawn and dusk. Hello Srey, We would like to thank you for all your communication and prior arrival info. The stay at your property was Amazing after several days of scenic travel within Sequoia we retreated back to this wonderful home. The river view from the patio deck is unbelievable, calming, and soothing. The home is very clean and stocked with all needed kitchen supplies. Srey advised we stop and shop appropriately about 30 minutes before due to limited grocery stores and product availability byvthe home. (GREAT ADVICE). We bought a large bin for storage & went grocery shopping prior to our arrival. The home has wifi and a landline phone (bonus) due to very limited service out in the area. Amenities at the home were 100% functional from arcade games in gameroom to streaming live TV or movies in the open space living room overlooking the river and landscape. We truly enjoyed the property and its surroundings. The entrance to Sequoia is literally a 3 min drive and the home is located in a very safe private area.
