It is what it is. An inexpensive place to stay for a night. I planned ahead and brought some roach spray with me. I saw one dead roach on the floor upon entering but did not see any or encounter any live ones that night.
Pillows sucked but again I knew not to expect a normal hotel which would have cost at least twice what we paid. One night wasn’t going to kill me. Keep thinking how much you’re saving. Two nights I would have stayed elsewhere.

I had three rooms and two of them had sheets that had cigarette burns and holes in them. When showering the light cover fell off on top of one of my kids head. At night we had people sleeping on stairwell with their stuff scattered everywhere. The condition of the rooms wasn’t bad but I would have preferred it to be a little more clean. Decent breakfast but overall wasn’t what I was expecting.

Affordable and spacious. Pretty quiet surroundings.
Only thing they would need to modernized the rooms with new furniture and utilizing the space better.
Only issue I had was that the remote didn't work well (up and down keys) and couch looked a bit worn down.
