We were a family of 2 adults and 1 child, we had a lovely rooms quite large, the Staff were friendly and very helpful, the relaxation area is a great benefit after a days skiing lovely Jacuzzi Sauna room and a small pool to relax in, the hotel is situated in the centre of the town with easy access to restaurants and bars, lovely clean service every day. the WiFi was excellent with a very good streaming bandwidth even for movies, Would definitely come back to this hotel again.

Very nice hotel, great staff and restaurant. The town is wonderful and there are incredible walks from it where you can walk above the clouds.

Slightly older hotel but very clean & comfortable. Staff are amazing, very friendly & helpful. Bar/restaurant is superb and was even open on Sunday night which is so unusual in France. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent accommodation. Apartment was very spacious with everything you needed. Beds comfortable. Pool and jacuzzi were perfect after a days skiing.Free bus to ski resort right outside the apartments. Perfect.

What a truly fantastic place, lovely rooms, great breakfast and a wonderful host. Plus a swimming pool.

A comfortable friendly hotel in Andorran alps.easy access once you have left the city bustle behind. Good trails nearby for hiking and two jacuzzis for relaxation. Nice restaurant with helpful staff. If I needed some where to stay either in summer or for skiing this place would be it

We only stayed for 1 night on our way to somewhere else but it was great, could not fault it. Check in was nice and easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had our evening meal in the Irish pub, the staff were really helpful and friendly and food was nice. They also had Guinness on draft which was fab. Amazing nights sleep, really quiet. We had breakfast, again very helpful staff and a great choice of breakfast items. Would definitely recommend

Our stay at Sarrato Aparthotel was absolutely wonderful. The cosy studio had everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. Waking up to breathtaking mountain views and enjoying breakfast on the balcony was the perfect start to our days. The staff went above and beyond to assist us in every way possible—just a heads-up, they primarily speak Spanish. After a day on the slopes, unwinding in the jacuzzi, taking a refreshing swim, and relaxing in the sauna was pure bliss. The...

Great staff and very comfortable.

The hotel & food was very nice in season.I stayed for 8 nights in Feb 2014 & 7 nights at end of March 2014. The hotel is right next to the chair lift but towards the end of season they turn it off which means you either have to wait for the bus down to the gondola or walk, which is ok going down the steep hill in the morning but after a long days ski its hard to get back up if the bus doesn't arrive

A great little Hotel. Nice position, lovely rooms, friendly staff. Also has a great restraunt just next door. Breakfast was nice and the kids game room was a real bonus.
