Good location

You may have some noises here and there by some people staying there, but overall, its fair enough. The location is good as well, walking distance to a supermarket, some shops and restaurant. It can save you some money as well.

During my trip I stayed at several Motel 6 locations - the standards vary between each. The check in lady (Elizabeth IIRC) was to busy chatting with one of her work colleagues to pay any attention during the check in process. This was a single overnight stay on route to elsewhere. Location less than desirable - only good thing I can say about it was a supermarket and several oriental restaurants within 2 minutes walking distance. Defects with my room as follows Holes in curtains Constantly running (trickle) of water from the bath faucet. Bathroom electrical socket barely secured to the wall. Furniture very tired and mostly damaged. Mattress broken (sunken on one side). AND - no fridge (in California ??)

Good: I liked the location. Also near to many shops. Bad: Dirty towels along the hallways. Mattresses were in terrible conditions. I asked to be moved to other room for that reason. Sheets on bed had holes. Heather did not work properly.

Terrible location

I arrived for check in and the girl at the desk was polite and speedy in getting me checked in, she was also accommodating of my request for a room downstairs that may have been non smoking but I’m not sure, the guy next to her who I’m assuming was her manager was NOT pleasant, outside of interacting with her at the desk my overall experience was horrible, the room itself was not well kept, it was barely base level clean, the shower and tub were covered in soap scum, there was sticky residue that looked like glue on the night table and floor and the overall appearance of the room was unpleasant, things were falling apart and the television didn’t work nor did the remote have an actual battery cover just some scotch tape, there was also an overwhelming smell of old cigarette smoke, it was awful, I get that we were potentially in a smoking room but they make spray to get rid of the smell! I have asthma and the smell made me wheeze the entire time, It was so bad that we didn’t even stay the whole night, we checked out a few hours after arrival. I have had decent stays at Motel 6 before but this location I would NOT recommend
