The owners of the property lives in the house as well and they were very discret, truly sweet and very service minded. They helped us with any questions we had and assisted if we had any extra needs. De zeer aardige en gastvrije eigenaren Rene en Annick geven je meteen het gevoel dat je thuis bent. De villa is gelegen op een sfeervol, afgesloten terrein, met een fijn zwembad met buitendouche, veel terrasjes, zitjes en een prieel, nabij strand en restaurants en op steenworp afstand van Frejus. De ruime 1e verdieping is sfeervol ingericht, voorzien van een prima keuken en badkamer en als bonus een loggia met uitzicht op zee. Meine Frau, die beiden Kinder und ich sind begeistert. Unsere Ferienwohnung lag im erste Obergeschoss der Villa, welche mit sehr viel liebe eingerichtet war. Über eine Treppe gelangt man direkt zum schönen Pool mit eigenem zur Wohnung gehörenden Liegebereich und Garten. Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ebenso der Stand ist fußläufig in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Ein Traum sind auch die sehr sehr sehr netten Vermieter Annick und Rene, welche alles für einen perfekten Urlaub bei ihnen tun. Vielen Dank!! Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock der Villa. Im Erdgeschoss wohnen die Vermieter. Von der Wohnung hat man einen tollen Blick zum Meer. Zum schönen Strand sind es etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit (U-Express) ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. In der Nähe (etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß, am Meer) gibt es einige Lokale/ Restaurants. Im Garten befindet sich ein Pool, der angenehme Temperaturen aufwies. Die Bilder im Internet sind zutreffend. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet mit Ceranfeld, Ofen, Herd, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, 2 Kaffeemaschinen (Filter und Tassimo), Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kühl-/ Gefrierkombination. Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon (Eingang zur Küche) und eine Loggia (Wintergarten, Glas-Schiebetüren sind zu öffnen). Beides mit Blick zum Meer. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß. Das Bad mit (kleiner) Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette ist etwas klein. Die Möbel in der Wohnung sind etwas alt, teilweise stehen auch etwas viele Möbel in den Räumen. Die Umgebung ist manchmal etwas laut (Durchgangsstraße in der Nähe, Restaurants am Meer). Ruhiges Schlafen ist aber bei geschlossenem Fenster problemlos möglich. Le logement correspondait en tous points à la description et aux photos de l'annonce. Malgré l'éloignement nous reviendrons avec un très grand plaisir... A bientôt Les Angevins ##### nathalie l. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### Claude M. 4 Jul 2015 #### Merveilleux Nous avons séjourné dans cette belle maison qui correspond en tout points aux photos de l'annonce. Très propre, et idéalement située comme dans le descriptif. La piscine dans le merveilleux jardin, la grande terrasse avec la vue sur mer la proximité des plages et des commerces et restaurants tout est parfait. Rien ne manquait pour notre quotidien nous avons eu juste à poser nos valises et nous nous sommes senti chez nous. Mais le plus beau souvenir restera l'accueil, la gentillesse d 'Annick et René. leur prévenance à notre égard et les infos qu'ils nous ont donné sur la région et qu'ils nous ont fait découvrir pour notre plus grande joie. Notre souhait retourné très vite chez eux. une adresse que l'on voudrait gardé pour soi et partagé avec ceux que l'on aime. A bientôt vous deux; Les copains; ##### Claude M.
