The construction is on the hillside, the house is semi-buried with a green roof. A whole that blends perfectly with the very green setting. It is located on the edge of a clearing, not overlooked ... a calm and idyllic atmosphere to recharge your batteries! Housing You are renting T1 "Indus" from La Balma, located in the popular residential area of ​​the ancient Roman city of Tour de Mare, at the end of a dead end with very little traffic. The residence is closed, there is private access and parking. The house is made up of 4 single storey apartments with edible garden (1 T1 28m2 and 3 T2 54m2). The accommodations are new, comfortable, spacious, bright and carefully decorated. They are fully equipped, with kitchens, bathroom, double bed and sofa bed, indoor and outdoor living room, wifi internet and TV. Possibility of privatizing the whole for professional or family events (wedding, baptism, cousinade, ...).
