RENTAL LES ISSAMBRES VILLA. Contemporary T5 villa of 120m² on a fenced plot of 800m² with infinity pool and beautiful sea view. Comprising: 1 living room, fitted kitchen opening onto the pool and terrace, 1 master suite (1.60 bed) with its bathroom-shower, 1 separate toilet. On the ground floor 2 bedrooms with 1.60 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 0.90 beds, 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet. Magnificent sea view in this pretty house a few minutes from St-Aygulf, Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël and 45 minutes from Cannes. We are an agency and a rental agreement will be established between the lessor and us. - Heated swimming pool on request: Price: €0.25 per Kw.

Tolles Haus mit superschönem Ausblick aus das Meer

Wir durften zu viert eine Woche in diesem tollem Haus verbringen und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausreichend ausgestattet was man so braucht. Der Ausblick und die große Terrrasse ist wirklich traumhaft. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Für tiefer gelegte Autos dürfte es allerdings schwierig sein auf dem Grunstück zu parken, weil die letzte Auffahrt zum Haus sehr steil ist und die Kurve eng, das ist etwas knifflig. Ansonsten können wir das Haus weiter empfehlen.
