The Blue Lagoon features a loft-style bedroom on the mezzanine with 2 single beds (90x190) and storage, a living room with a fold-out bed (140x190), a flat-screen TV, and a dining area, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen featuring an oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and a Nespresso machine.

You’ll also have access to a bathroom with a washing machine and a separate toilet.

For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with a portable air conditioner and a fan in the bedroom.

🔐 A security deposit of €300 via credit card authorisation, as well as a valid form of identification, will be required prior to your arrival to finalise access to the accommodation.
Article 1: Definitions
1.1 Guest: any person staying as part of a reservation.
1.2 Host: the owner or manager of the accommodation hosting the guests.
1.3 Accommodation: space, lodging, or property made available for the stay.

Article 2: Maximum Number of Guests
2.1 The maximum number of guests permitted to stay in the accommodation is 4 people, including adults, children, and infants.
2.2 No additional guests are permitted without the host’s prior consent.

Article 3: Request for an Exception
3.1 In exceptional circumstances, a written request to increase the number of guests may be submitted to the host at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
3.2 The host reserves the right to accept or deny this request based on the accommodation’s capacity, local regulations, and availability.

Article 4: Respect for the Premises
4.1 Guests agree to keep the premises clean, tidy, and in good condition throughout their stay.
4.2 Disruptive activities, excessive noise, and any form of damage are strictly prohibited.

Article 5: Penalties for Noncompliance
5.1 Failure to comply with the maximum number of guests or the rules regarding the upkeep of the premises may result in penalties, including, but not limited to:

Article 6: Amendments to the Rules
6.1 The host reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon notification to guests.

Article 7: Acceptance of the Rules
7.1 Making a reservation and staying on the premises implies the unconditional acceptance of these rules by all guests.

Article 8: Security Deposit
8.1 Security Deposit Requirement: A security deposit is required from all guests prior to their entry into the premises. It is intended to cover any damage, loss, or breach of these rules.
8.2 Amount: The security deposit is set at €300, to be paid no later than 48 hours before arrival.
8.3 Refund Conditions: The security deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days of departure, provided that no damage has been found and all rules have been followed.
8.4 Withholding: In the event of damage, loss, or breach of the terms, all or part of the security deposit may be withheld. A detailed inventory report and supporting documentation (repairs, replacements, etc.) will be provided to the guest.
8.5 Disputes: In the event of a disagreement regarding deductions, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before taking any legal action.

Article 9: Environmental Responsibility and Energy Management
9.1 Principles of Environmental Responsibility: Guests agree to behave in an environmentally responsible manner during their stay, particularly with regard to the use of heating, air conditioning, and energy-consuming appliances.
9.2 Rational Use of Energy: Guests agree to:

Not exceed 20 °C in winter and 25 °C in the summer

Turn off the heating/air conditioning when they leave the premises or when windows are open

Notuse electrical appliances only when necessary and in an energy-efficient manner

9.3 Reducing the Energy Footprint: Travellers are encouraged to turn off lights, electronic devices, and other equipment when not in use.

9.4 Sanctions and Penalties: Failure to comply with these eco-friendly practices may result in financial penalties or other sanctions depending on the level of overconsumption or environmental damage observed.

9.5 Awareness and Information: The host agrees to provide travellers with all the information necessary for the eco-responsible use of the facilities and to promote environmentally friendly behaviour during their stay.
