The mosaic swimming pool measures 8.5 m x 4 m, with a progressive floor from 0.9 m to 1.8 m. It is secured by a perimeter alarm managed by remote control or keypad. For greater comfort, it can be heated from April to the end of October, but this is not included in the amount of the stay. You can subscribe to it when signing the contract or on site. A bakery with fresh bread and croissants (spar) easy walk made breakfast a treat. Villa very well equipped, kitchen is bijou, but rest of House laid out well. Down side endless contracts in French but easy check in. Perfect for a family stay. Frejus centre well worth a visit beautiful small streets and squares ideal for a morning coffee or market on Saturday. ##### sarah S. The villa is very charming and so clean. We stayed with our family of 8 and it never felt cramped. The outside garden is beautiful and the beach is just a short 15 minute drive. You can walk to a little center with a pharmacy and a bakery, which we did for fresh bread every morning. We stayed here for just a week but wish we could have stayed longer, there is so much to explore on the French Riveria and this house is the perfect head quarter for it. ##### Oliver M. The air conditioning was especially welcome in the heatwave. The pool is excellent as well. Grateful for the welcome pack provided, especially 2 types of coffee (ground and nespresso). The kitchen has everything you could need. The location is very good, with a local Spar, with fresh bread & croissants, only 5-10 minutes walk. It's a quick drive to the beach and we never had any issues with free parking near the beach. Nice and roomy, comfortable beds. There's really nothing to criticise. The property manager/liaison was always contactable via Whatsapp. There a a few contracts to sign, and some specific checkout instructions around laundry and basic cleanliness; but don't let that put you off - it is someone's (rather beautiful) home after all. ##### DAVID W. We’ve had the most wonderful time in the South of France. We went for 2 weeks with our two teenage sons (17/19). We hired a car from Nice airport and based ourselves at the Villa for the two weeks. Frejus is the perfect location to explore the region. Just wish we had more time! The Villa was exceptional. Everything from location to facilities to the pool was first class. We highly recommend anyone to book if for their holiday. You’ll not find more helpful hosts in Olivier and Valerie. Communication right from when we booked was brilliant. Special mention to Ariel who was our ‘on site’ link. Very easy to communicate with through WhatsApp and ensured our stay was perfect. She also checked us in face to face which was great and ensured we kicked off our holiday on the front foot! What can I say?! Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, klimatisiert und sehr sauber. Auch der Pool ist wunderbar, von einer großen Palme und schönen Oleanderbüschen umgeben. Zudem gibt es einen Webergrill in top Zustand. Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut über WhatsApp funktioniert . Der Strand und mehrere Supermärkte sind in fahrbarer Nähe, ein kleiner Sparmarkt mit Bäcker ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft bestens weiterempfehlen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern Valerie und Olivier war immer sehr herzlich. Wir waren mit 1 befreundeten Familien hier, was dank der günstigen Zimmeraufteilung (2x2 Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer in abgetrennten Bereichen) sehr gut funktioniert hat. Im Wohnzimmer und auf der Terasse mit dem tollen Pool hatten wir schöne gemeinsame Stunden. Das Umfeld ist sehr ruhig, trotzdem ist es verkehrstechnisch günstig gelegen, egal ob man zum Strand, zum Einkaufen oder zur nächsten Autobahn möchte. ##### Thomas v. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette villa décorée avec goût. De l’électroménager de qualité ainsi qu’une literie au top ! Tout est prévu pour se sentir comme à la maison et la piscine est parfaite . Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, nous avons apprécié les petites attentions à notre arrivée. Der Vorhof/ Garten bietet Platz für 2 große Autos. Das Haus ist modern und sehr gut aufgeteilt, so dass zwei Familien sehr gut ihren privaten Raum haben! Top! Das Haus bekommt 5 von 5 Punkten. Der Pool hat ein paar Spuren der Zeit und war bei uns einmal umgekippt (wegen Unwetter). Aber die Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Agentur war super. Es waren wunderbare Tage, die wir alle sehr genossen haben. ##### Ute R. Wir waren mit der Familie für 10 Tage in Frejus. Das Haus ist geräumig, sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Der beheizte Pool hat vor allem den Kindern viel Spaß gemacht. Wir haben auch viele Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Gegend unternommen. Das Haus kann 8 Personen beherbergen, ich würde allerdings sagen, dass es mit 6 Personen ideal belegt ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war extrem freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. ##### Nicole F. Villa La Geai Blue is een mooie- en schone villa die zondermeer aan alle verwachtingen voldoet. Er ontbreekt werkelijk niets om daar van een geweldige vakantie te genieten. De villa is gelegen op enkele minuten rijden vanaf de kust en bevindt zich in een zeer rustige wijk. Een absolute aanrader voor een topvakantie aan de Cote d'Azur. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und nah an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten / Stränden. Die Vermieter, Valerie und Olivier sind sehr zuverlässig, korrekt und vor allem hilfsbereit und nett.
