It has a swimming pool; a petanque field, a classified and protected garden with paths uncovered of rare species and 3 terraces offering a breathtaking view of the sea. It can accommodate up to 12 people. Sea access at 3 minutes, with access to the "customs way" by the sea. We welcome you all! \## Logement The accommodation includes: \- a living room opening onto a terrace, with a 5 meters sliding bay and a clear view on the sea; \- a fully equipped and functional kitchen; \- a shower room and two bathrooms \- and six bedrooms with sea view, three bedrooms with a double bed, two bedrooms with a single bed and one bedroom with four single beds. Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost. You will also have : \- a swimming pool with a beach (heating of the pool is possible at an additional cost); \- a covered terrace of 70m² with a dining table for 10 people, a roof terrace of 20m² and a garden terrace of 30m². The three terraces offer a beautiful view of the sea; \- a parking for 2 - 4 cars \- and a petanque court. The accommodation is located : \- 5 minutes walk from the beach and 20 minutes from private beaches; \- close to the sailing clubs (accessible by foot and by car) \- and close to Sainte-Maxime, Saint Tropez and Saint Raphaël (by car, or sea shuttle from Saint Aygulf or Sainte Maxime).
