The apartment (50M2) with terrace (16M2) is on the ground floor of a quiet and secure residence. Property of the famous painter CAROLUS-DURAND in the last century, the residence is located 200 m from shops and the Provencal market. 5 kms from FREJUS, 10 Kms from ST RAPHAEL, 35 Kms from ST TROPEZ, 45 Kms from CANNES and 69 Kms from NICE (airport).
