"We absolutely loved the vine house and would highly recommend staying here. The property is beautiful and has an incredible infinity pool overlooking the Douro River and valley. Our room had a great balcony to enjoy sunrise and sunset. The restaurant was also great for dinner (so much food!), and Pinhao was easy to reach by car for our wine and boat tour. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We were also able to charge our vehicle overnight complimentarily. There was a Nespresso machine in the room, even outfitted with decaf (you almost never get this!), as well as complimentary port tasting bottles in the room. There was additionally a complimentary small group winery tour with tasting. We loved it! Such a great spot."

For our evening meal, the restaurant around the corner was recommended by front desk. A unique family run restaurant. Not sure it goes by the old name, but very easy to get to. Great place to stay."
