Sandra Lafolie hat uns herzlich empfangen und Einzelheiten erklärt. Die sehr saubere Unterkunft liegt auf einem gepflegten, riesigem Gelände mit Boulebahn, Spielplatz und jeder Menge Platz. Die Einrichtung gefällt mir gut, bequeme Betten, ein Bad mit riesiger Dusche, Kücheneinrichtung mit ausreichend Geschirr und Utensilien lassen keine Wünsche offen. Mein Hund und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Ideale Lage für Ausflüge und kurzer Fußweg zum Strand bzw. nach Sables D’Or les Pins müssen noch erwähnt werden und ein stabiles Internet fehlt auch nicht! Top

Excellent emplacement, au calme, proche de la plage. Logement propre et pratique. Excellent séjour de 2 semaines A voir, G34, marchés d'Erquy et de Matignon.A faire, Vélomaritime pour découvrir petits chemins et merveilleux villages. Visiter l'îlot St Michel à marée basse...Déguster fruits de mer et huîtres fraîches

Ce logement récemment refait à neuf est idéal pour vadrouiller dans le coin et découvrir notamment le cap d'Erquy, le cap Fréhel et le fort La Latte.La cuisine est très bien équipée et les matelas fort agréables.Les enfants peuvent jouer librement avec un grand terrain mis à leur disposition ainsi qu'un terrain de pétanque, table de ping-pong, toboggan... Bref, tout pour être heureux.La procédure d'arrivée est très facile et Sandra, qui nous accueille est très agréable et de bons conseils.Nous reviendrons ici avec grand plaisir.

Die Unterkunft ist lieblos eingerichtet und eher als beengt zu bezeichnen. Die durchgängig laufende Lüftung/Klimaanlage ließ sich nur zweistufig regulieren, zum Ausschalten musste die Sicherung deaktiviert werden. Die Küchenausstattung war ok, alles funktional, jedoch beengt. Das Sofa ist durchgesessen und sollte irgendwann mal ersetzt werden.

Funktional und Praktisch

Die kleine Wohneinheit ist für 2 Personen ideal. Es ist alles da was man braucht und ein super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Hundehalter werden das großzügige Gelände und den angrenzenden Pinienwald lieben. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir waren schon öfter hier gewesen, weil wir die Lage ideal und die Preisgestaltung sehr fair finden. Die Anlage ist sowohl toll für Familien mit Kindern als auch für Paare mit Hund, da das Gelände sehr groß ist und direkt an den Wald angrenzt, wo man wunderbar spazieren kann. Obwohl man einen schönen Strand problemlos zu Fuß erreichen kann, ist ein Auto allerdings sehr zu empfehlen, um Einkäufe zu tätigen. Wir hatten schon das kleinere T3 und das größere T4 Haus. Das kleinere ist u.E. schöner geschnitten und netter gelegen - wer also schwankt, sollte lieber das kleinere nehmen.

Ich komme seit 2018 in die Residence, meine Partnerin seit 27 Jahren!  Wir sind rundum zufrieden und werden immer herzlich begrüßt und betreut.  Wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung ist, kann man S.per WhatsApp kontaktieren. Sie reagiert sehr schnell und kümmert sich um das Problem.

Guter Service, freundlicher Empfang. Schön renovierte Anlage bzw. Wohnung. Gute Einrichtung. TV wurde versprochen. Das suggeriert deutsches Fernsehen. Empfangen haben wir nur einen deutschen Sender (Arte). Viele Hunde. Laut Ordnung an der Leine zu führen. War aber nicht so und wurde toleriert.

Schöner Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir waren bereits zum 3.ten Mal dort. Uns gefällt es jedes Mal sehr gut. Die weitläufige Anlage bietet viel Platz und Ruhe in toller Umgebung. Die Häuser sind sehr gut ausgestattet, dieses Mal war auch das WLAN sehr stabil. Zu bemängeln gibt es für uns kaum etwas, einzig die Sitzgruppe im Wohnbereich in den T3-Häusern ist sehr unbequem. Da würde uns eine Verbesserung sehr gut gefallen. Die Stühle in den T4-Häuserb´n sind deutlich bequemer.

Tolle Lage, ruhige Umgebung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt vor Ort, alles unkompliziert. Uns fehlten lediglich Kaffee- und Eierbecher .

Un endroit paisible et ressourcant

La location offre des prestations de qualité. Le logement est très bien entretenu et la parc attenant est très agréable . Tout est pensé pour que les clients se sentent bien. De plus, la situation est excellent : on peut facilement aller au bord de la mer a pieds .bravo et merci ,nous reviendrons !

Lage hervorragend, Einrichtung Zimmer, Bad, Esstisch prima, Sessel und Couch eher speckig durchgesessen, wären wir zu viert gewesen auch zu wenig, Küchenausstattung etwas mau (Scharfe Messer, kaputte Schere, Kochlöffel, Topflappen u.ä.) Wir haben die 14Tage trotzdem voll genossen.

Schöner Urlaub in der Nähe des Cap Frehe

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und auch verabschiedet. Es war aus unserer Sicht alles bestens. Im Appartment haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Es standen Tischtenniskellen zum Ausleihen zur Verfügung, Waschmöglichkeit und ein großer, gepflegter Außenbereich mit Kinderspielplatz. Schön wären noch Sitzkissen für die Terrassenmöbel.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben zum 2.Mal diese Ferienwohnung gebucht und waren wie erwartet auch dieses Mal sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ausreichend groß, die Ausstattung ist vollständig und zweckmäßig. Die gesamte Anlage macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Die Mitarbeiterin vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und steht bei Fragen gerne zur Verfügung. WLAN funktioniert gut. Leider ist kein Fernsehempfang deutscher Sender möglich, aber das ist zu verschmerzen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
