  • In Sables d'Or les Pins, very pretty seaside resort nestled in the greenery and the pines, in the heart of the Pays de Fréhel, pleasant bright studio of 32 m², completely renovated in 2016, ideally located, 300m from a well sheltered beach ideal for young children and 500 m from the large sandy beach, one of the most beautiful in Brittany. 400m from the casino, 800m from the 18-hole golf course and 7 km from Erquy.

    Your studio located on the ground floor of a rental residence includes on one level: living room with nice fitted kitchen area (NESPRESSO coffee maker) living room with sofa bed (sleeping 1 pers.) And sleeping area that can be privatized by a sliding door (1 bed 140x190) communicating with the bathroom (shower-wc and washing machine). Small private terrace with garden furniture. Parking on private parking. Sheets and towels provided, wifi access, charges included. Tourist tax to be paid on site. Gift basket provided upon arrival.

    Optional end of stay cleaning at the price of 30 €.
