🌅 The Sweet-Spot Location

Surfside's beach is wide, sandy, and open to driving — which makes it a blast, but beachfront homes can deal with late-afternoon crowd noise, music, and cars parked right outside their windows. Surfside Surprise sits a few rows back: a 3-minute boardwalk to the sand in one direction, a quiet residential street in the other. All the beach time, none of the after-dinner chaos.
