About this property
GoldenEye- Beach Villa With Dock
- Welcome to GoldenEye Villa, a breath-taking beach property! It is carefully placed 'smack bang' on 3 acres on the beach and features a new dock across the street on the canal side which can accommodate up to a 65 ft boat. This home has the option to include a "1 room ensuite" for a fee (for a total of 5 bedrooms/4 bathrooms). A-list celebs have stayed here!
Directly opposite, Palm Villa, our 3 bed 2 bath house which is directly on the canal with a 60ft dock. This may be available for rental for a fee in conjunction with GoldenEye to sleep up to 16. Please inquire about doing so. There is also a $100/night/boat utility fee if you choose to use the dock.
Private chef, masseuse, butler, and chauffeur available for an additional fee upon request.
Booking confirmation contingent on signing rental agreement.
