- Great location! Just around the corner from SUNY Fredonia on a quiet, residential street, you will have the entire three-bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom house to yourself. Built in 1902 with original hardwood floors & updated kitchen and baths, relax and enjoy the beautiful upstate NY summer from our sunroom or back deck overlooking the spacious backyard. A perfect home base for an afternoon at one of the many renowned local wineries or a day trip to Chautauqua Institution, Lily Dale, or Niagara Falls.
