8/10 Good
"This was our first time staying in this type of accommodation. The staff was very helpful & friendly with check in. The pods were quite tight for two. We had a "top bunk". A low luggage rack or shelf would be more useful than a desk. Hanging our jackets up above it then took up desk space. More hooks on the wall next to the door would work better. The pods were surprisingly quiet. Mostly, any noticeable noise was from the person in the connected pod. Comfortable bed & pillows, Nice height to sit up comfortably in bed. The ladder was ok to navigate by using the desk support; some texture/grip strips are advisable for slippery socks & large feet. The provided robes were adequate. Instructions on what to do with used towels/how to get fresh ones are needed. We would up assuming to do this from a cart with a used towel receptacle near the bathrooms. The bathrooms were clean but could use additional service at busy times in the morning and evening. A hand held wand for the showers, not just the overhead would be very useful. Communal fridge use system is very good. Containers with lids & labels was excellent, as was the warning that they were under camera surveillance. Communal lounge was comfortable. Nice to have drinks & coffee easily available. Good location near transport, restaurants, etc."

"Loved the location, it was on the M3 line and mostly central and seemed like a safe area. I stayed for 5-days and took the metro quite a bit, to different places in Copenhagen. Can’t say much about the amenities (gym, laundry, etc.) as I didn’t use them, but room was nice, bed was comfortable. They had some nice touches to their room - I.e. canvas bag to use during the days you stay, Polaroid camera (you buy film through them), some stickers etc. My room was on the ground floor which was fine, but I kept the blinds closed all the time as it’s on street level so anyone could see in. Most annoying thing was that the shower flooded the whole bathroom every single time because the shower looks modern with basically 0 walls / curtains. If there’s a way to use the shower without water spraying everywhere, they need to include a manual! It was fine, just had to use the shower squeegee to push the water into the drain that was all over the bathroom floor. Despite this nuisance I would probably stay here again. I had no issues with the “no reception”, just had to make sure my phone was charged and I knew how get into the hotel & room - thankfully the website is pretty straightforward and I pinned it to my Home Screen like the website suggested. Just make sure you provide info before you get there - the Hotel will message / prompt you."

"Ideal if you just want a room to sleep in, although still very compact even for someone on their own. Location is ideal for the train to get to and from the airport, and to get around Copenhagen. Hotel is only 5-10 mins walk from Metro stop. There's even a handy bargain supermarket just outside the Metro stop. The main tourist attractions are all in walking distance, which I always prefer as you see more of the city, but again trains, or buses, are there if needed. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and of course all speaking excellent english. I would have no problem with staying there again."

"Great breakfast and comfortable beds. Although it wasn’t possible to change the room temperature, so it was too warm at night. Even opening the window didn’t help. The bedding consists only of a light but warm comforter, so difficult to regulate body temperature. This type of bedding is common both in the US and abroad. But layers would be better!"

"I was not familiar with Copenhagen at all when I had to choose a hotel for our visit. I wanted some comfort but didn't have an unlimited budget. CPH is an expensive city so be prepared. That said, Hotel Hans starts your day with a great breakfast buffet, It was included with our reservation. The decor is perfectly Danish, relaxing and comfortable. At 5pm it's time for wine in the lobby. A nice place to hang out and you'll also have a nightcap at 10pm. The room is comfortable although the lighting is a bit dim in the evening. The room is spacious enough for two to move around and the bed was a dreamy end to the day. On top of that the staff are the best. Always helpful and friendly. There is a bus stop to the center of town nearby, but you can also walk. The location is located near to many areas although there isn't much in the immediate area. The best bagels in town are a short walk away. I would stay here again now that I know the city and how to get around."
