"All was well with one issue. Parking is at an offsite location and not orchestrated very well by staff. When I checked in, I was asked to add the parking and pay. Ok, no problem. Next day the garage wouldn’t let me leave and said I hadn’t paid. I had to hike back to hotel and was informed I needed to pay for parking, for which I had already paid. I’m not sure how they fix this, but it’s not a good tourist feeling."

"This experience was a wonderful way to start our vacation to Denmark and Sweden. Location is quiet and scenic, close to tourist sites, the subway, the canals, and museums but tucked away and far from the bustle of tourists that can sometimes make Copenhagen a bit frustrating. We arrived painfully early from our flight -- around 8am -- and check-in time wasn't until 2 or 3, but our room was available early, greatly helping with our impending jet lag! Room came with a free minibar stocked with snacks and drinks, and we were given a free bottle of wine upon check-in, neither of which I expected. The room itself was clean, modern, and well-designed. Fantastic shower. Throughout our stay, the staff was helpful and attentive without overbearing. Would certainly recommend without hesitation!"
