The Sanctuary is a 2 bedroom 2 bath piece of Heaven on 120 acres with hill country views surrounded by Longhorns and a short walk to Nigerian Dwarf Goats and a Shetland Pony. White Tail, Black Buck, Wild Turkeys, Raccoons and Hawks are abundant. This is a luxury stay with a hot tub and fire pit secluded in privacy. This home is a guesthouse of a larger Estate. Come stay awhile.

The Sanctuary

This house is very new and is beautiful. The photographs are accurate. If you love nature and an amazing view, this is the property for you. Check-in was easy. The owners were responsive to questions. As good as it looks!

Absolutely stunning, a piece of heaven

I came to stay with adult family, while on a weekend in Fredericksburg. The place is stunning, perfectly clean and views for miles. We had the most peaceful evening watching the golden sunset light while the Longhorns grazed by. We brought our telescope and did some star gazing too! Got perfect views of several planets and nebulae. There was a gas grill, fire-pit, and hot tub. Can't wait to visit again.

Serene getaway

We really enjoyed our relaxing stay in "the sanctuary." This beautiful small home is new & had all amenities & upgrades we are use to in the city but with the calm country feel surrounding you. The views of the country-side & watching the animals roam freely were both calming & enjoyable. It is within close proximity to main street & vineyards but we actually really wanted to feel secluded & unwind from our busy city lives. We did spend most of our time enjoying the home. Vanessa was an amazing host & responded quickly. We are looking to return yearly to unwind.

Beautiful home and property, outside the hustle and bustle of Fredericksburg, but close enough for a quick run into town. Cute country feel with modern amenities. Enjoyed the cattle and local wildlife for morning coffee and a soak in the hot tub in the evenings. Will definitely return!
