Long leaf pine floors ,with 11+Ft ceilings.Furnished in a relax Hill Country Style with leather seating , cowhide rug ,and other vintage pieces with a timeless feminine touch. Two covered porches with plenty of seating to enjoy a morning coffee or evening wine.
    Whole-house backup generator ensures continued comfort in the event of power outage.

4 car maximum. Park in driveway located back of house. Can unload in front only. No parking in front of other houses or driveways.
Trash receptacle located backyard on street side. when you leave gather all trash in bags and place in trash bin.
Per Fbg str regulations quiet hours 10:00 pm- 7:00am. We are a dark sky community please turn all outside lights off at night after coming in.
