Convenient parking lot. Easy to get to Main Street. Clean room. Clean property. Nice pool. This room is close to the pool but you can’t hear the people at the pool. Cute place. Would book again.

Relaxing!

We returned to Fredericksburg, for a visit. We did not want a Motel setting. Absolute Charm told us they had over 200 sites for us to choose from. We stayed in Main-Street Retreat . Our air conditioner went out. They sent a repairman in 15 minutes. They moved us to another suite. We loved sitting out front, having our morning coffee, on our porch. We would highly recommend Absolute Charm.

super nice place, a couple of suggestions

The accommodations were excellent. Everything was clean and neat. Two suggestions- there was no trash can in the front room and a small one in the bathroom. Now I know most people go out and about for everything, we do not. Either an additional larger trash can in the room or access to the outdoor trashcan please. And - the floor of the shower is very slippery when wet. The wrong person falls and it could get ugly. Will stay there again!

The property is very well kept and comfortable, the check in process is very smooth as well. It's also a very comfortable distance from town though it's out of a convenient walking distance. Overall, with the good price this will be a repeat stay on any return trips.

Really nice, quaint spot. Plenty of space for just the two of us! Just outside the main shopping and dining area, so overall noise level was low. During the night there was noise from trucks driving by, but thankfully the room provided a sound machine.
