Reserved rooms with Queen beds, got full beds instead. The hotel is undergoing renovations and it would have been nice to know ahead if time. It made everything look dirty, and dusty, with construction debri lying in the middle of the hallways, carpets half pulled off, tiles fallen. It was very noisy during the night, my group could not rest well. At least breakfast was good.

There was a cockroach in the shower. The hallways had all the baseboards ripped up due to maintenance. There was a strong smoke smell in all the hallways. It was nice that the pool was open till 10pm. Overall the property is not in great shape but they are trying to remedy that from what it looked like. The staff was nice, but overall it was priced pretty high for a not great property due to the Schreiner game.

I’ve stayed there before. The area is easy to get to and close to a lot of things. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and check in was quick. I will stay there again when I am back in Kerrville.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is showing its age but still a good place to stay. Breakfast was average. Housekeeping seems to be short staffed. The thing that really impressed was that when my husband dropped his wallet in the parking lot, another guest turned it in and the front desk did their best to get it back to us. We would stay here again.

We made reservation a month ahead. They gave us a room on the second floor but right above us they were remodeling the room. We listened to hammering, banging all afternoon. The clerk told us it was over and done with but started back the next morning at 7am. during breakfast, there was no coffee in the pot. I asked the clerk to make some. She grabbed the pot not saying a word. I thank her for the coffee she just said "what" ? The pool is inside so we could not enjoy it. No food or drinks were allowed to bring in plus the generator was so loud you could not even have a conversation We were supposed to stay for 3 days but we checked out after the first night. The hotel is outdated. I would not recommend anybody to stay there
