As a VIP Access Hotel, the only perk was staying on the top floor. Unfortunately, they do not have parking. They did not upgrade us to free breakfast, and to top it all off, we had a negative experience with water and shower issues. We had no water for hours, could not flush the toilet or take a shower, and the shower head was broken. We hope these issues are addressed to improve future guest experiences.

In between a hotel and an Airbnb, in that it doesn ’t have a 24 hour desk. The after hours check-in info was not sent to me via Expedia. However the super nice bar staff of the l’Opera got me in and settled. Air conditioning was good and bed was fine. I’ve decided pillows in Italy need improving, however.
