We had a great stay here, and appreciated the location being close to groceries and local restaurants, as well as being a short, 10 minute drive to Winter Park. It took us 27 minutes to access the unit through wifi enabled enabled locks before telling us just to use a lock box. We arrived with a low charge on our Tesla. Nearest supercharger is 45 minutes away. Other items mot working in unit. Nothing was done. Even when they said someone would come by. Property manager said we should be compensated for the trouble especially the known broken EV charger. Received an email later that the owner would try to make this right. Things do happen.
