    With sunlit, open spaces for a family or two to enjoy together, this beautiful, two-story home is a wonderful way to experience all that Franklin and the surrounding Nantahala National Forest have to offer! You'll be just three miles from Smoky Mountain Center for the Performing Arts and Rose Creek Mine, great for some family fun.



    Offering two full kitchens with stainless steel appliances, gas grills, outdoor seating areas, fireplaces, and comfortable living spaces with exposed beam ceilings, this home has it all. Prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchens, dine together (or separately) indoors or out, and then kick back and channel surf in each living space - just don't forget the popcorn.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Nice place. Only reason for not 5 stars wa that the house has an odor (likely all the wood in the house and moisture. We bought air freshener plug in’s which made it much better. House didn’t include extra garbage bags (only 1), and only 2 dishwasher pods. Everything else was great.
Stayed 4 nights in Oct 2026
