This hotel not to be confused with another Moxy hotel by the airport, this location further from airport. ,Shower has no door or adequate space, water from shower penetrated under bathroom door into the living area, shoes, socks got all wet, there was phone to notify front desk, notified front desk of the issue after going downstairs and waiting in line, was giving another room no assistance was provided to move from one room to another, checked in around 11:45pm, all settled in another room after w 1:00am.

We found the Moxy a very good value during this particular weekend (NFL Game in Frankfurt). The very small room and bathroom were therefore not an issue. The location of the hotel in Kelsterbach was convenient for us to return to the airport (in a rental car). The 20-minute walk to the S-Bahn was enjoyable. The price of breakfast was also appropriate considering the reasonable room price and the breakfast item selection.

The front desk person was very friendly and accommodating. The bar and food staff. Not so much. The food was subpar at best. Besides all that the bed was comfortable. The room was nicely appointed but warm. Nice clean hotel for an overnight stay at the airport.

Half-hourly airport bus service was good with friendly and helpful driver. Alas, long-winded check-ins for some people dragged that process out for the many people who came by the bus. Room was clean and reasonable size. A proper towel rail would be better than a hook in order to dry the towel. Clever automatic floor lighting is a nice feature but took a long time to work out that it was automatic and not a hidden switch. Perhaps a sign in the room would have helped.

Good stay but a limited shuttle availability
I booked this particular hotel because of the shuttle availability, but apparently the shuttle has a limited timeline. I wish the time line would be posted so travelers make an informed decision. I only use it on my way back as I arrived at 4 pm and the next shuttle was at 6-45 pm.

The room was good. I didnt find the staff very helpful but they were efficient. I asked to book another night for my return and was told to do it myself on the website?? I asked which shuttle would I need to get to make sure I was at the airport in time for our connecting train and was told here are the times work it out! We were able to us the transfer bus to the airport but not to arrive as it doesnt run during the day so the taxi fare of 26 made it expensive when the bus transfer is 4 each. The bus driver was very helpful and lovely to myself and my young daughter.

The decor is fun and funky, though I think their decorator was perhaps trying a little too hard on the bathrooms. The staff was wonderful and quite helpful.

Check in around 11 pm and the man that was working at the front desk was amazing. I apologize for not catching his name but he had short dark hair with glasses. Made my check in smooth and was able to answer my all my questions. The shuttle that is offered at this hotel is easy to use and clean. Thanks for making this a stress free trip.
