  • Hilltop Home is a gem in Frankfort, MI. It is a loft space with gorgeous views and lots of room. A little bit of style and modern elements. Plus, perfectly located in walking distance to downtown Frankfort to restaurants, shops, and the beach:)
    The space
    The space is actually a guest house attached to a garage. It is 1650 square feet so lots of room. It is three different levels with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the top and bottom floors. What makes Big Red so special, is the fact that you can be within walking distance to downtown but the home sits just slightly out of town upon a hill where you get gorgeous views. There isn't a day that goes by when you don't see a bunny or deer snacking on the crab apple tree directly behind the home. It truly is the best of both worlds - convenience with ample amount of room and the feeling of quiet - perfect for relaxation.

    Guests are designated one parking spot in the driveway in front of the home. It is conveniently steps to the front door.
