The apartment has been completely renovated in accordance with the terms and conditions of law. The furnishings have been tastefully chosen to guarantee guests a comfortable and elegant environment. The fireplace in the living area lends itself to be a wonderful companion on winter evenings and the large terrace above will be the setting for pleasant evenings and tasty barbecues. The property is located in the historic center of the city, just a few meters from the central square and from the city's social areas. The location of the building allows guests to easily reach all the places of interest in the city on foot: the numerous churches, the Upper Basilica, the city Palaces, the Clock Tower, the Military Fort, the Walls and the Access Gates . Nearby you can find public offices (Municipio, Poste), pharmacies, bakeries, numerous bars (with which agreements have been implemented) and commercial premises. The neighborhood where the apartment is located represents the city center. The enchanting frame of the Lecce Baroque makes the landscape extremely characteristic. Francavilla Fontana is nicknamed the City of the Imperials, in honor of the imperial princes who ruled the city continuously for about two centuries; is located in the Salento peninsula, along the ancient Via Appia route. In 2009 he was awarded the "city of art" by the Puglia Region. All this, together with the numerous archaeological sites just a few kilometers from the city center, the natural areas and the caves make Francavilla Fontana a place of considerable architectural, historical and cultural interest. Auch befindet sich die Wohnung direkt an der Piazza mit vielen schönen Bars und Restaurants, hier ist das Suite 77 hervorragend. Privater Parkplatz steht leider keiner zur Verfügung, aber man bekommt fast immer einen Parkplatz bei der Wohnung. Uns hat eigentlich nur ein Staubsauger gefehlt, dies wegen dem Sand, den man vom Strand mit herein bringt. Gerne wieder. ##### Mario A.
