Maintenance lacking, stovetop inop. Problem with toilet clogs. Kitchen sink is leaking unless turned very hard. Trouble checking in at first, but clerk finally found envelope with my name on it with key. Need to find better way to ensure easier check in. Although it seems I am being kind of hard on them, all in all stay was ok.

O hotem é bem localizado, porém, é preciso estar preparado para alguns perrengues: box com vazamento, não há sabonete sequer na pia do banheiro, não há toalha de rosto, limpeza a desejar, inclusive, apareceram baratas no quarto, sendo uma grande e outra pequena. Como fui no período da Black Friday em CDE, as hospedagens estavam bastante concorridas em Foz, todavia, não pretendo voltar neste hotel.

O quarto que me passaram, estava com algumas coisas por fazer, tipo o porta toalhas estava com um lado caído, mas a internet não funcionou. Porém fiz contato e prontamente o pessoal verificou o problema da internet e me trocou de quarto. Fora isso, foi tudo muito bom.

Excelente! Tudo muito limpo, ambiente calmo, confortável. A cozinha tinha todos os utensílios necessários, todos muito limpos. Toalhas e peças de camas limpíssimos. O local é próximo a rodoviária, farmácia… bem próximo ao centro. Os atendentes super solícitos a todos momento. Super recomendo. O único contra era a escada. Mas isso é irrelevante comparado a estadia. Voltarei com certeza.

Ótimo lugar para quem quer visitar Foz do Iguaçu sem gastar muito e aproveitando uma excelente acomodação. Muito confortável; a cozinha é bem equipada, o ar condicionado funciona bem, a rua é tranquila e bem localizada. Fizemos nossas compras no Super Muffato do shopping JL ali perto. O próprio hóspede tem que fazer a limpeza do apartamento, mas há a possibilidade de contratar serviços de limpeza. Como ficamos poucos dias, não foi necessário. A equipe é muito amigável e prestativa, recomendo demais esse hotel!
