Não tenho gostado dos últimos quartos que me destinaram, todos no 1º andar. Depois de mais de uma década morando em hotéis, percebo que quanto mais alto o andar, maior é a consideração com o hóspede. Fica claro que é um hotel adaptado, então as diferenças entre os quartos são enormes e, claro, as fotos na internet irão priorizar os melhores. Uma coisa é padrão em todos os quartos: colchões duros e os travesseiros não foram do meu agrado a ponto de causarem dores. O lençol era inadequado ao tamanho da cama e saia do lugar. A internet wifi vai depender muito da posição do quarto em relação ao roteador, mesmo assim, não espere nada excepcional. Sem olho mágico, sem tranca do tipo “pega ladrão”, sem cofre e sem grades em parte das janelas. Como não existia carpete do lado de fora, cada carrinho ou mala fazia um barulho enorme, aliás, esqueça o sossego, tem vários ônibus de turismos na porta e cada grupo que chega acha que tem que ser mais barulhento que o anterior. Na pia fez falta a água quente. Há ducha com água quente, mas a maioria é ducha elétrica. Os enxovais de cama e banho já estão velhos e desgastados e não cheiram bem. Tinha secador. O número de tomadas é pequeno. A iluminação na bancada e no espelho do banheiro é péssima. O café da manhã é o basicão e não tem suco natural. Tem álcool em gel, mas poucos fazem uso. Tem piscina e área fitness. ##### Sidney Stayed 2 nights in Mar 2025 ### 4/10 Poor #### Sidney 28 Mar 2025 Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Falta Regularidade, Apenas pelo Custo Benefício O funcionário da recepção não gosta de mim, pois a cada retorno os quartos são piores, embora tenha deixado eu entrar um pouco antes do horário. Fui colocado num quarto do 1º andar voltado para uma avenida movimentadíssima no Centro. O quarto é tão pequeno que faltou espaço para deixar minha mala, contudo há uma espaçosa sacada que não usei porque temia invasão por ali. O hotel recebe muitas excursões, então além da falta de sossego, os ônibus parados em frente à sacada tiravam minha privacidade, pois não existia uma cortina clara e opaca o suficiente para proteger a privacidade ao mesmo tempo que permitia a iluminação natural do quarto, apenas uma cortina escura que além de não ser blecaute, permitindo a passagem de luz, também “vazava” muita luz pelos vãos entre a porta e a parede. Como todo hotel adaptado existem diferenças enormes entre os quartos e esse foi o pior quarto que me destinaram. E além dos aborrecimentos mencionados o hotel ainda estava em obra no período. A única coisa que fugiu ao padrão e nesse caso para melhor foi o colchão que não era tão duro quanto nos demais quartos, mas os travesseiros continuaram ruins como sempre. A camareira teve boa vontade em colocar uma fronha no travesseiro que trouxe. A internet wifi também “não chegava” no quarto. Na pia fez falta a água quente, principalmente, para fazer a barba. Uma cuba média casava bem com a torneira curva e tinha boa saída de água. A ducha à noite não tinha água tão quente.
