Room was clean, hotel facilities were great with a swimming pool with day beds for the hot days. The breakfast which we had included in our stay, had a great selection of both sweet and savoury foods. The location was also great and ease enough to take buses or walk to town.

A really great hotel

This is a really nice hotel with great breakfast and a very nice pool area. It is a bit noisy from the corridor though but apart frpm that it was a very good choice for us staying here

The location is imperfect if you want to have everything. But the staff are nice and breakfast is great. There is a pool and a shared kitchen. A supermarket is within walk distance. Not much options for eating out but you can save money here eating in your room.

Everything looked clean and I felt safe. Its an old building but you can tell that they have been remodeling and putting up new decor. Good location with a super market, pharmacy and bus stop nearby. Breakfast was ok but not great. My only complaints: 1. The coffee was undrinkable. The closest decent coffee is a 15 min walk away 2. There was noise the first nights up until pretty late, 3. The pool was foggy, could be cleaner. Theres few staff but they were all really nice when I had questions. Overall, it accomplished what was needed for the stay to visit Iguazu falls.

Café da manhã muito bom, mas o quarto na qual me hospedei, acho que fui muita infelicidade, horrível, ar condicionado não funcionava direito, acho que tinha alguma bomba da água, ou algo que ficava acionando a noite toda, e o banheiro o box todo pequeno e atravessado. Chuveiro jogava mais água fora do que dentro.

Hotel razoável nada incrível. Atendimento do recepcionista no check in foi horrível. Nada prestativo além de ficar esperando até as 15:40 para pode entrar no quarto, sendo que o check in era às 14:00. Chuveiro ruim com pouca vazão de água, e aquecia pouco. Estacionamento horrível, não é coberto e era limitado não tem vaga para todos os quartos, era uma disputa para achar uma vaga! Meu carro ficou na rua duas noites…

Por se tratar de um prédio antigo, acho que fizeram uma reforma muito boa nas áreas comuns, mas senti que não tiveram o mesmo cuidado com os quartos. A área comum do hotel é muito bonita e bem cuidada, mas os quartos deixam um pouco a desejar. Achei o quarto bem simples e o box do banheiro é extremamente apertado. Precisamos trocar de quarto porque o primeiro em que ficamos tinha um colchão velho, dava para sentir e ouvir as molas. Além disso, o quarto era ao lado do elevador e dava para ouvir o motor subindo e descendo, parecia que o elevador estava dentro do quarto. Pedimos para trocar e, graças a Deus, tinha outro quarto disponível, mais longe do elevador e com um colchão melhor. No final, deu tudo certo. O café da manhã é ok, mas senti falta de outras opções de proteína além do ovo. Para mim, salsicha não conta. Os funcionários são atenciosos, só um recepcionista da noite deixou a desejar na cordialidade, foi bem curto e grosso.

O hotel possui ótima localização, um bom café da manhã e uma equipe muito boa. Deixou a desejar na questão do wifi, muitas vezes ficamos sem sinal, usando nossa própria internet, bem como a TV do quarto que muitas vezes não possui sinal local ou internet. A limpeza também não era das melhores, janelas e cortinas sujas, bem como os azulejos. A acústica também deixou a desejar, sendo possível ouvir os hospedes tanto no corredor, quanto do quarto de cima, se você tem sono leve como eu, atrapalha um pouco no descanso. Ficamos na torre 2 no primeiro andar, não sei dizer se em outros quartos ou torre seriam melhores essas questões.
